Gina Lisa,

Speech Therapist

Gina is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist who earned her Master of Science in
Communication Sciences and Disorders from Seton Hall University. She works with individuals
across the lifespan, from young children to adults, and has experience supporting clients with a
wide range of communication and swallowing needs. Her clinical experience includes working
with individuals with expressive and receptive language disorders, pragmatic language
disorders, swallowing disorders, congenital and acquired cognitive and neurological disorders,
sensory processing disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and global developmental delay.
Gina holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She is also a licensed Speech-Language
Pathologist in the state of New Jersey and holds a Speech-Language Specialist (SLS)
certificate through the New Jersey Department of Education.
Her professional background includes work in a private nonprofit organization, private practice,
and in-home therapy. Gina currently works in a private school serving children and young adults
ages 3–21 with multiple disabilities. She has extensive experience with Augmentative and
Alternative Communication (AAC) and is PROMPT Level 1 trained.
Gina values a child-led, collaborative approach to therapy and believes that building strong
relationships with her students, clients, and families is essential for meaningful progress.
Outside of work, Gina enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs. She loves trying
new foods, attending hot yoga classes, and traveling—her furthest trip so far has been to Brazil!
