Speech Therapist

Brittany received a Master of Science (M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology from Seton
Hall University. In addition, Brittany has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Special
Education, Elementary Education (K-5th grade) and a Preschool Teaching Certificate.
Brittany is licensed in the state of New Jersey and holds a Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
(ASHA) as well as a Speech Language Specialist certificate from the New Jersey
Department of Education.

Brittany specializes in working with infants and toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age
children. She has worked in a variety of settings including elementary and middle
schools, inclusive preschool programs, preschool and K-1 ABA programs, private
practices, Early Intervention and teletherapy services. She has clinical
mentor/supervisor experience with leading and guiding multiple speech-language
graduate students from different university programs. She has also been a Clinical
Fellowship (CF) Supervisor. Brittany is trained in Picture Exchange Communication
System (PECS) Level 1 and Level 2 and is Level 1 PROMPT trained. She has also
received American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Award for
Continuing Education (ACE) Awards.

Brittany is a seasoned speech language pathologist who has a vast understanding of
children with specific needs involving expressive language, receptive language and
social concerns. She knows how to implement motivating and engaging strategies for
each child to build upon their own knowledge and potential for them to reach their
individual achievement in order to build upon their own communication success. She
has multiple years of experience with reference to the areas of Autism, Articulation,
Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Apraxia, Developmental Delays
and Disorders, Selective Mutism, and Fluency.

Brittany continues to be an avid life-long learner who continues to develop and
strengthen her expertise and proficiency in bettering her own speech and language
therapy skills. She enjoys collaborating with children, parents, family members, teachers
and other professionals to help each individual child reach their full potential and
achieve their own overall communication success. Brittany loves to spend time with her
husband and children. She enjoys listening to music and being creative.
