Kyla Quintos,
M.S. CCC-SLP

Speech Therapist

Kyla received her Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology from a 5-Year Program at La Salle University. She completed her Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with TWYS, and she holds a permanent license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Jersey. She obtained her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).

Kyla is passionate about evidence-based practice to maximize the functional goals of her patients in their daily lives. She currently provides in-home and clinic-based services to clients across the lifespan. Through her 5-year graduate program, she has been immersed in various settings: a pediatric and adult outpatient university community clinic, a low-income public school, and a skilled nursing facility in Philadelphia. She has been engaged in assessment and treatment for a diverse range of speech and language disorders, treating complex cases such as selective mutism, global aphasia, and voice/resonance in adults, along with articulation, language disorders, and language delay in early intervention-aged children. Moving beyond the interventions, Kyla has had the opportunity to collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care. Kyla’s academic coursework and clinician experiences have equipped her with a solid understanding of language and communication disorders across the lifespan.

In her free time, you can find her at a bookstore or a coffee shop. Kyla loves to read, travel, and spend time with her loved ones.
