Speech Therapist

With a Master of Science in Communication Disorders from William Paterson University and 25 years of experience, Terri is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in the unique needs of children and adolescents in an out-of-district special education school. Licensed in NJ and ASHA certified, she specializes in supporting students aged 3-21 with diverse needs, including ASD, ADHD, expressive/receptive language disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, auditory comprehension disorders, pragmatic language issues, and emotional/behavioral issues. Utilizing a total communication approach, Terri incorporates sign language, core picture boards, picture schedules, and AAC devices into her therapy sessions. In addition to her work with youth, she also supports adults with special needs, enhancing their independence, communication skills, and executive functioning. With a passion for fostering growth and confidence, Terri is committed to making a lasting impact in the lives of her students and clients.

When not working, Terri enjoys spending time with her family and dogs/cats, watching movies, reading, and planning her next vacation!
